Counselling Fees

Standard Counselling Sessions: £50 per hour. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and provide a safe space to explore personal challenges, whether face-to-face in my Exeter garden room or through online or telephone sessions.
Student Counsellor Sessions: £40 per hour. Available for students currently studying at Level 4 Diploma or above, offering a more affordable option for those in training to become counsellors.
Age Requirements: I work with adults aged 18 years and over, providing counselling for a wide range of personal, emotional, and mental health issues.
