About Me

My Personal and Professional Journey
My personal healing and professional journey as a Counsellor in Exeter began when I recognised that I needed help with processing my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I needed to understand where my place was in the world, to discover who I was. I came across many hurdles, and at times it was incredibly painful.
However, with the willingness to be vulnerable, increased self-awareness, and hope, there became direction in my life. Through my training and my own personal therapy, I healed my wounds, and I can be alongside you as you heal yours too.
Before studying to be a counsellor, my background included 20 years working within Children and Young People’s Services. I have worked for several family support organisations and charities as a counsellor. I am also a parent and fully understand the challenges that parenting can bring.
I love being with my clients and seeing them change, grow, and heal.
